KNT group takes part in annual meeting of chief processing engineers of SiburTyumenGaz JSC and Yugragazpererabotka Ltd.

Annual meeting of chief processing engineers of SiburTyumenGaz JSC and Yugragazpererabotka Ltd. took place at the production site of Muravlenkovsk GPP on 13-14 February 2013. It was devoted to conclusion of results of work over 2012 and discussion of urgent issues of the field. Representatives of KNT group were invited as guests, being a supplier of adsorbents for needs of these companies.

Gas processing companies gave a report over the past 2012 and regarded it as successful, volume of processed gas and percent of produced LPG are increasing from year to year, reaching 99% at some plants. There are no pretensions and complaints on zeolite operation. According to the report of Mr. Tomilin, chief processing engineer of South-Balyk Gas Processing Plant, the dew point temperature is -87°C on Low-temperature condensation and rectification unit, hydrates aren’t formed. Mr. Zhabokrik O.V., chief processing engineer of Vyngapur Gas Processing Plant, reported that the adsorption drying unit of associated petroleum gas, which was activated in September, successfully operates by means of zeolites and the dew point temperature reaches -100°C. KNT Group company was presented by Mr. Bodryi A.B, the director of Ishimbay Specialised Chemical Plant of Catalysts Ltd.  He told about working out of essentially new grade of zeolite NaA (4A), which can operate without destruction because of constant influence of condensed moisture. Also, the new zeolite shape ‘trilobe’ was presented, and its competitive advantages were mentioned. In conclusion, Mr. Bodryi A.B. answered audience’s questions and made his suggestions about possibility of gas purification from sulphur-containing compounds by means of zeolites produced by ISCPC Ltd.
