KNT Group will be a bronze sponsor of the international conference "Downstream Central Asia".

Vladimir Shkolnik - Energy Minister of Kazakhstan - has sent a welcome letter to the participants of the conference"Downstream Central Asia", which will be held in Almaty in June,2015. In the letter, he stressed the key role of modernization of refineries and building competitive industries of petrochemical industry in the development of the oil and gas sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The future of the industry and current projects will be the focus of attention of a unique conference on hydrocarbon processing, which will be held this year with the support of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan. The conference will be sponsored by leading international service companies, such as UOP Honeywell, Dow Chemicals, Johnson Matthey and KNT Group. Among the regular participants -there are KazMunaiGas, SOCAR, KPI, UCC, Atyrau refinery, PetroKazakhstan Oil Products, Uz-Kor Gas Chemical, Azerkhimia, Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant, Kyrgyzneftegaz, Gazprom Neft.
